Well we were in the middle of hiring a new maid. The old one we had some issues with. So when we hired the maid, we decided to get a set of video cameras installed. And basically observe what she was doing and also as a deterrence to what she may or may not do.
Found that although we saw her doing some questionable things, it seems as if she may do some questionable things, but never anything that is really wrong in the sense that she knew that everything was recorded and it serves a very visible deterrence and we can observe what she was doing from the office as well via the internet.
