Integrated security design for a private landed home with alarm, CCTV, intercom, and gate control.
For this private landed home project at Lengkok Mariam, Securevision delivered a fully integrated residential security system designed to provide comprehensive protection while remaining discreet and privacy-conscious. The homeowners required a unified technical stack that could be managed effortlessly, ensuring that daily life remains convenient and secure.
The scope of the project covered four primary security domains: intrusion protection, CCTV surveillance, visitor communication, and automated gate control. By planning these systems as a single, coordinated implementation, we established a robust security perimeter that addresses the specific layout and privacy requirements of the Lengkok Mariam property.

The design intent for the Lengkok Mariam project was to establish a secure, private sanctuary using discreet technology that supports the homeowners' daily lifestyle.
Technology was selected and positioned to complement the home’s exterior while providing high-integrity security coverage. By establishing a clear, motorized perimeter at the gate, we managed vehicle and pedestrian entry points with ease. The system focuses on practical daily use, ensuring that visitor verification and system arming are intuitive for all residents.
Our integration excellence priorities included unifying entry control and visitor verification, maintaining clean aesthetic lines for external equipment, providing clear, actionable alerts for perimeter breaches, and delivering a system that works as one complete unit.
Securevision acted as the primary integration partner, moving beyond standalone hardware to design a unified security architecture. By planning the alarm, CCTV, intercom, and gate control as a single system, we eliminated the technical friction common in disconnected residential installations.
Our approach emphasised daily convenience-ensuring that the homeowners could manage visitor communication from multiple floors and verify boundary status without technical complexity. This coordinated planning provides a more reliable and usable security environment after handover.
The Lengkok Mariam home is protected by four distinct layers of technology, working in concert to secure the site.
RISCO alarm system with 7 zones, providing specific detection across key entry points and internal transit areas.
Hikvision CCTV network with 4 high-definition cameras providing 360-degree coverage of the property’s external perimeter.
Aiphone JOS intercom with 2 indoor monitors, enabling residents to communicate with guests from different floors.
FAAC sliding gate automation with integrated pedestrian gate control, establishing a secure and convenient driveway envelope.
The project at Lengkok Mariam resulted in a discreet but powerful security presence. Homeowners benefit from significantly clearer visitor verification and simpler day-to-day control over their property’s entry points.
By establishing stronger home boundary protection through automated gates and coordinated surveillance, the system provides peace of mind without dominating the residential environment. The outcome is a safer, more intuitive home that supports the privacy of the family.
For landed homes, effective security is not about adding more devices. It is about placing the right layers where they support the way the family lives.
Every project Securevision delivers draws on multiple systems working together - cameras, access control, intercoms, vehicle management, network infrastructure, and platform software. The cards below show the full range of systems we design and install. Each one links to a deeper explanation of how it works, when it is needed, and what to look for when specifying it.
