Integrated security design for two private landed plots in a premium residential enclave.
Located on Merryn Road, this project involved the delivery of a comprehensive security architecture for two adjacent luxury landed residential plots. Developed by Merger Pte Ltd, the homes required a unified approach to security that would provide robust protection without compromising the premium aesthetic of the enclave.
Securevision was engaged to design and implement a fully integrated system from the outset of the build phase. By incorporating security into the fundamental design of the properties, we ensured that all technical components were seamlessly blended into the architectural fabric, avoiding the visual congestion of retrofit installations. The project reached successful handover in November 2022.

In landed homes of this calibre, security cannot be an afterthought. The objective was to create a system that homeowners can rely on-without feeling its presence dominantly within the architecture.
We focused on designing technology that respects the clean contemporary lines of the homes, ensuring safety remains a background confidence. We established a secure envelope across both plots with coordinated gate control and high-fidelity situational visibility.
Our goal was seamless usability, providing intuitive visitor verification and clear communication that supports the daily rhythms of modern landed living. The priority was to move away from isolated security components, engineering instead a coordinated backbone that treats the alarm, CCTV, intercom, and gate automation as one responsive system.
We maintained integrated standards to preserve clean contemporary architectural lines, ensure clear perimeter awareness with zero blind spots, implement intuitive visitor communication channels, and deliver industrial-grade reliability for long-term use.
At Merryn Road, the priority was to move away from isolated security components. Instead, Securevision engineered a coordinated backbone that treats the alarm, CCTV, intercom, and gate automation as one responsive system.
By planning these systems as one integrated implementation during construction, we eliminated technical gaps and ensured that each layer supports the others. This unified approach is essential for landed homes where perimeter control and visitor handling must be frictionless.
Each residence is protected by a comprehensive 4-layer stack, providing full coverage from the outer perimeter to the interior sanctuary.
RISCO LightSYS burglar alarm providing perimeter contacts and internal detection zones for full homeowner peace of mind.
CCTV system covering key external areas, driveway, and access points to ensure evidence-grade situational visibility.
Aiphone audio-video intercom for secure visitor verification before granting access to the property.
FAAC autogate and dedicated pedestrian side gate integration for seamless vehicle and foot entry.
The final outcome delivered an integrated protection environment across two prestige residential plots. Homeowners benefit from controlled entry for vehicles and pedestrians, improved visitor verification, and stronger perimeter security.
By designing the systems as a single coordinated implementation, we achieved a level of technical integrity that supports daily living without feeling intrusive-ensuring the home remains both beautiful and secure.
In landed residential projects, effective security is not just about device selection. It is about how each layer works together. When intrusion protection, surveillance, and access control are designed as one system, the result is a safer, more intuitive environment that enhances the property's value.
Every project Securevision delivers draws on multiple systems working together - cameras, access control, intercoms, vehicle management, network infrastructure, and platform software. The cards below show the full range of systems we design and install. Each one links to a deeper explanation of how it works, when it is needed, and what to look for when specifying it.
